The Sikh crown (Dastaar) is thought to be worn by early Sikh gurus. Turban are an important article of faith for Sikh who they call them Dastaar. But for establishing their religion and for making other aware of their Dastaar (turban) they face many problem related to Dastaar(turban) .As Sikh American actor,model,designer Waris Ahluwalia when travelling from Mexico city to new York was asked to remove his turban for security checking but he refuse to do so as Dastaar( turban) is faith for him and as being model turban is his identity and at last Waris Ahluwalia was allowed for boarding a flight without removing his turban.
